Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the layout (2D) of the warehouse for validation of panel positioning.

• Prepare HBM layout as input to conveyer production team.

• Prepare device layout, cable routing and cable tray routing drawings in line with project schedule.

• Prepare As built drawing as per the panel building & site completion.

• Calculate cable rating, voltage drop and short circuit levels.

• Calculate cable length as per layout drawings. 

• Create Bill of material including accessories and mounting arrangements for the field components. 

• Co-ordinate with Mechanical design team for mountings of field equipment. 

• Prepare BOM in line with project schedule. 

• Discuss and resolve issues(if any) in drawings/components & availability of the control accessories.

• Coordinate with Site execution team to explain the layout, process flow and philosophy of cable laying.

• Provide the support during site execution & submit the required handover layout documents to them.

• Monitor and review design activities to meet agreed timelines.

• Monitor the performance related to accuracy in design and deviations in design. 

• Should be comfortable in travelling and making drawings at site.

• Should be comfortable in flexible timings

• Candidate can be able to work independently.

• Exploring Manuals of products & components.
